Loaded with features that set a new high standard for craftsmanship and innovation the Kamado Big Joe is one of the best cooking grill in the world. Other kamado grills allow the dome to fall or slam during lifting or closing, but our breakthrough hinge reduces dome weight by 96%—so you can lift it with a finger and stop it wherever you want. The exterior shell is constructed from 1 1/4-inch thick ceramic that is porous to keep moisture in and maintain the temperature. Inside the grill you will find 304 stainless steel cooking grates that measure 452 square inches, enough room to cook for large gatherings. You can also cook on two different levels at once using the Divide and Conquer Flexible Cooking System or use the two split heat deflectors for indirect cooking. The patented Kontrol Tower black aluminum chimney can be set to maintain air settings for precise temperature control. The heat is held inside the dome with the wire mesh fiberglass gasket which offers an air-tight seal and long lasting performance. Kamado Joe also makes clean up quick and easy with the patented slide-out ash drawer and scoop. The KJ24 Big Joe Kamado grill comes with a grill gripper for handling hot cooking grates and an ash tool for safely and easily removing ashes. The Big Joe also includes a flexible cooking rack and heat deflector. We Only Accept Return Un-Decorated Items
Please choose your products carefully. We only accept the return of un-decorated items. The validity of our refunds and exchanges policy for a returned item is 14 days from the day you received your order and is applicable only to un-decorated items, non-embroidered, non-printed.
While placing an order online with embroidery or printing logos, make sure that you have selected the right product, size, and colour, because once the items are decorated, we cannot exchange or accept returns. If you have any queries about a product you would like to purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns before you buy it.
Return Conditions
- The un-decorated product must be unused and in its original packaging with all the swing tags on it, in the same condition that you received it.
- Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning goods unless the items received were wrongly supplied or faulty.
- Items on sale or discontinued items are not accepted for returns unless faulty.
- Returns are accepted for a refund or exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items returned must be accompanied by an Order Number within 7 days from the day your return request was approved.
- A tracking number must be provided to ensure that we will receive the item you returned.
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect the item and notify you whether we have approved or rejected your refund or exchange.
- If approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
- If you receive a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item less shipping to your bank account.
